The nex EBLC in Helsinki in 2011

The EBLC brings top executives and experts together to discuss Europe's challenges and opportunities in an informal setting

About the EBLC

The European Business Leaders’ Convention (EBLC) is a forum for forward-looking discussion on Europe’s challenges and opportunities. Participation is by invitation only and restricted to top executives and experts.

Summits take place in Finland every two years. In addition, thematic meetings are arranged in different locations depending on the subject matter at hand.

The fifth EBLC summit was organised in Helsinki on 30 June - 2 July 2011 under the theme "REBUILDING EUROPE - How to Secure European Competitiveness in a Radically Changed World?" Discussions focused mainly on the Greek crisis and the future of the Euro, but other issues, like innovationship and entrepreneurship, and movement of goods and talent, were also dealt with.

The European Business Leaders’ Convention is a not-for-profit initiative.
