Participants

Northern Light summits gather one hundred top executives and experts from around the world in Helsinki every two years. In the meantime, Northern Light special meetings are arranged for smaller groups of invitees in different locations depending on the subject matter at hand.

Participants in Northern Light events have included, among others, Dr Josef Ackermann, Deutsche Bank; Dr Corrado Antonini, Fincantieri; Dr José Manuel Barroso, the European Commission; Sir Win Bischoff, Lloyds Banking Group; Mr Anatoly Chubais, RUSNANO; Mr Alexey A. Mordashov, Severstal; Dame Marjorie Scardino, Pearson Group; and Mr Michael Treschow, Unilever.

Spouses are invited to participate in most Northern Light events. Summits in Finland include a spouses’ programme.

Editorial writers and columnists from leading European and international media are also invited to the meetings. Discussions are off the record, however, unless otherwise indicated.
