Northern Stars is EBLC’s annual next-generation leaders’ programme designed to prepare high-potential individuals for more strategic roles within their companies.

The annual programme brings together next-generation leaders from our member companies with leading experts from the EBLC network to discuss geopolitics and leadership. Participants are nominated by our member companies’ senior leadership.

Over three modules in three countries (Finland, Austria, Germany), the participants discuss geopolitics, technology and leadership, and build an international network of peers who share the ambition to help shape the future and become top business leaders of tomorrow. The programme is brought to our Northern Stars together with McKinsey & Company.

EBLC also runs a Northern Stars Alumni network, which includes +150 young leaders from past year’s editions, from the Nordics and beyond.
